Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unwashed state.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
